4. Account Registration
   To access certain features of the Site, such as making a booking or managing your service appointments, you may be required to create an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
