We use a multi-step process that includes all the steps necessary to bring back your carpet to a like-new condition. Pre-spraying, light agitation, giving extra attention to spots, assisted drying techniques and much more are included in our “Totally Outstanding Red Carpet, Service Experience!” Even after we leave we are always available for consultation for recent services or future situations that may arise.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our cleaning service, we will return to reclean the area. If you are still not satisfied, we will provide a refund for that area.
