How will my referrals be tracked?

Approved partners will receive a designated referral method, such as a unique link, code, form, or recorded introduction. It must be used before the customer receives an estimate.

When is a referral reward earned?

A reward is earned after an eligible new-customer job is completed and the invoice has been paid in full, subject to the program terms.

Do existing Pinnacle customers qualify?

Generally, existing customers and leads already recorded by Pinnacle do not qualify as new referrals unless approved in advance.

Can I refer commercial work?

Yes. Residential and commercial referrals may qualify based on location, project scope, service availability, and the final program terms.
