We have a dog who has been very hard to house break.
We must spot clean and vacuum our light colored carpets 2-3 times a week. Called up pinnacle and they said no problem to cleaning my carpets. They called the day before to confirm my appointment. Gave me a 30 min window as to when they would arrive. The team was fast and professional. I can’t express how clean my carpets look. They really do look brand new again! This is a great Company!
My hot water tank blew and we had 2″ of standing water all through our finished family room. We waited not a day, but within an hour, Pinnacle was on site extracting all the water with their equipment! Beyond that, they started to save our belongings by removing as much furniture and other personal items as possible. Everyone was very courteous, efficient and understood our needs. Some serious cleaning.
He took the rug for several weeks, working it through his special process until it was perfect. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. Fast forward to present day and I again called on Pinnacle to help correct several spots that had been damaged by bleach splashes on my basement carpet. Both Kevin and his son Kyle painstakingly addressed each and every spot until the damaged areas were essentially indiscernible. They did a phenomenal job. I used Pinnacle Eco clean for a number of services.
Recently, I used them for a dryer vent clean. This day and age; it’s difficult to find a high quality company with exceptional customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by the young man that came to clean my dryer vent. He was extremely polite. He went out of his way to ensure quality service and I have already recommended his services. Furthermore, I have used this company for carpet cleaning, and would highly recommend them. There are not many companies out there that are responsive, polite, prompt, and provide such quality service, and this company really does. I’ll be using them again without any question.
I hired pinnacle two weeks ago to come out and steam clean our upstairs which is carpeted along with the stairs. They were installed 3 years ago and haven’t been steam cleaned since being installed. They look brand new again and all of the high traffic areas were restored. The two techs who came out were very friendly and courteous, and gave me some tips for maintenance until the next time they are needed.Chris L
